Beginners Strength Training Program
This program focuses on the multi-joint movement patterns. This routine is where EVERYONE (male and female) should begin their resistance training. This write up also includes exercise progression and understanding the difference in the stability of certain exercises.
I suggest simply walking to begin your fitness journey. You don’t want to do too much, too soon. Take it slow. Once you build up your capacity for work, you can introduce High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is a great way to kick up the intensity of your workouts.
