Franks Red Hot Sweet Chili
Spices (Garlic, onion, chili powder, and black Pepper)
Here we Go!
Toss about half a jar of Franks Red Hot in the crock pot with 5-6 chicken breasts. Add a table spoon of The Sweet Chili sauce and spice to taste.
Let it cook on high for around 4-5 hours. Periodically check on the chicken to make sure it is as submerged as possible in the sauce.
Once the chicken is tender and falling apart, take it out and shred it with 2 forks.
Add the shredded chicken back to the crock pot to cook and soak up the sauces and spices.
You can serve it with crackers, whole wheat chips, or my favorite way…. eating it on a nice hard roll with a splash of blue cheese!
Use small sandwich bags to freeze leftovers. Portion enough for one meal in each bag to make meal planning simple! The possibilities are endless with this meal! Enjoy.
