This is one of my favorite meals to cook in bulk. It tastes good, reheats well, is full of vegetables and is an excellent source of protein. You can substitute the chicken for steak or beef and it is just as good. It all depends on your preference and how many calories you can afford to consume. But, no matter your needs or your goals, this makes a great meal.



Soy Sauce
Brown Rice
Birds Eye Stir Fry (I do not use the sauce in the package)
Garlic Powder (optional)
Onion Powder (optional)
Brown or White Rice (optional. Follow directions on the package and mix in during step 6)

Step 1: Cut up the chicken using kitchen scissors
Step 2: Add a small amount of oil to the pan and cook the chicken. Rotate the chicken often to prevent sticking and burning
Step 3: Remove the chicken from the pan and rinse and wipe the pan out
Step 4: Add oil to the pan and cook half the bag of vegetables. Stir them every few minutes and cover the pan for more thorough cooking
Step 5: Drain the water and add the chicken to the pan
Step 6: Add soy sauce, garlic powder and onion powder and continue to stir the food until it is thoroughly mixed.
Step 7: Serve and store the rest in meal sized containers to be eaten later.
