As the weeks unfold these New Years Resolution combatants drop quicker than Santino Marella.  Eventually only one is left standing.  He or she is now deemed the Intercontinental New Years Resolution Champion!

Wrestling metaphors aside, most attempts at health, fitness and weight loss during the New Year are unsuccessful and lead to failure. But you are one of the 5% that are determined and are going to succeed this year right!?!
